Exposia

Terms

What Exposia is

Exposia is an indicative exposure monitoring service, built on the sensors already available on a worker’s watch, not a calibrated measurement instrument. It helps employers identify where formal assessment may be needed and generates records to support a workplace exposure program. It is not a substitute for formal assessment by a competent person, a hygienist, an audiologist, or your organisation’s own safety judgment. Where an exceedance is indicated, formal assessment remains the customer’s responsibility.

Subscriptions

Exposia is sold as an annual, per-worker-per-month subscription, with a 25-worker minimum per organisation. Pricing is per hazard module, with bundle pricing available for a second module. Current indicative pricing is set out on our pricing page; a specific quote is confirmed in your order form.

Accounts

A customer organisation nominates HSE administrators who manage the account and access aggregate reporting. Individual workers hold their own consent and their own account for personal exposure data, separate from the employer’s administrative account. See our privacy page for how that split works.

Acceptable use

Customers agree to use Exposia’s exceedance data and audit packs as inputs to their own WHS program, not as a stand-alone finding of hazard exposure levels. Customers are responsible for engaging a competent person for formal assessment where the platform indicates one is warranted, and for any decisions made using Exposia’s data.

Data and intellectual property

Exposure records generated for a customer’s workforce belong to that customer, subject to individual workers’ ownership of and rights over their own personal exposure data. The Exposia platform, its underlying software, and its brand remain the property of Limak Solutions Pty Ltd.

Liability

Exposia provides indicative exposure monitoring, not a calibrated measurement instrument. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limak Solutions Pty Ltd’s liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Term and termination

Subscriptions run for the annual term set out in your order form and renew unless either party gives notice before the renewal date, on the terms confirmed at signup.
